Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Admissions
Step 1:
Interested parents need to fill out the Admission Registration Form available on the school’s website, also available at the front office of the Candy Club School.
Step 2:
The admin officer of the Candy Club School will call the parents and schedule an appointment for observation and interview. On arrival, the parents must fill out the Admission Application Form available at the front office and submit it to the admin officer.
*In addition, parents will have to submit the required documents for the Admission Application Form which are the parents’ CNIC (Copy), passport-size photo of the child, family photo, medical reports, and birth certificate.
Step 3:
The facilitator then, will conduct the observation using an observation form and parents will be interviewed by the Principal of the Candy Club School. The parents will then be required to fill out an Understanding Form to proceed with the admission, along with the Consent Form and Drop off – Pick up Form.
Step 4:
The admin Officer after asking the parents, their preferred payment mode (Cash or Online Transfer), will issue a fee challan which the parents must pay within a week.
Note:
- Fee Challan includes Security Deposit, Monthly fees, Admission fees, Annual fees, and special care fees (if required).
- The welcome bag fee is to be paid against the course, uniform, handbook, and pick-up cards.
- The admin officer will issue a Letter of Acceptance to parents after the payment is received along with the welcome bag (If the course is not available on that particular day, it will be issued on the joining date).
